These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ThanQ platform ("Service"). By accessing or using ThanQ, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. User Eligibility
To use ThanQ, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information to enable tips, reviews, and payouts
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
  • Maintain accurate banking and identity details
  • Avoid impersonation, fraudulent profiles, or misrepresentation
  • Refrain from uploading offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content
  • Not manipulate or solicit reviews/tips unethically
3. Tipping & Payments
  • Tipping is processed through secure third-party gateways
  • ThanQ does not store payment credentials
  • A small processing fee may be applied where required
  • Tips are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases
4. Refunds & Dispute Resolution
Tips made through ThanQ are treated as voluntary and non-refundable. However:
  • If a tip was sent in error (e.g., to the wrong person), you may contact

     within 24 hours.
  • ThanQ will review such requests but is not responsible for resolving disputes between users and tippers. Our role is facilitative, not arbitrative.
5. ThanQ Points
  • ThanQ Points reflect gratitude through verified reviews
  • They have no monetary value and cannot be cashed out
  • ThanQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or reset the point system at its discretion
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and platform code are the property of ThanQ. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
7. Account Termination
ThanQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for misuse of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
ThanQ is not responsible for:
  • Any loss of income, missed tips, or third-party service disruptions
  • Network issues, bugs, or errors outside of our control
  • Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
